Relentless Publishing attended the world famous, 40th anniversary Gen Con in Indianapolis August 15th through the 19th. We were front and center this time, with no ladies room signs! No, this show our booth lacked the unique lighting situation many of you enjoyed last round.
Setting up, sans ladies room signs. Just wasn't the same!
The full spread. With cartons of games, tubes of dice to match them, and freebie cards to hand out like mad, Greg Hancock is ready to do battle! (If only he wasn't sick every single day until noon!)
Dave Carter instructs a group of customers about the world of Aesil'Dan and the game system of Prophecy. You can meet some of these folks on our forums right now!
The art of Bryan Gibson, or art director. You had to be fast to catch him; he scoured to Con meet with the best artists to enhance future Prophecy products.
Greg & Josh in pre-flight. While Greg takes stock count and fidgets, Josh burns a dozen CDs of Prophecy for artist reference packs.
Lead playtester Josh preps his table for character generation classes. You can see he's a hard man to inspire. He also helps to run PAX in Seattle each year.
We had a great time at Gen Con, but as wonderful as all the socializing (and selling) was, it's time to move on in high gear. The Relentless team is charging forward with new products such as the stand alone version of the Player Manual (with improvements!), the first Realm Sourcebook; Galleran, and some secret stuff we'll post about when the time comes!
